I have worked with Indian policymakers, businesses, and civil society over more than two decades on institutional designs for infrastructure, urban planning, and interdisciplinary applied research. I was fortunate to live in Chennai for a decade, during which I helped with the early days of the Indian Institute for Human Settlements and Krea University and founded Okapi. I currently serve on the academic advisory council of the Indian School for Public Policy and am a Non-Resident Fellow with the Chair in U.S.-India Policy Studies at CSIS.
